Yes, the time has come (the Walrus said) to get back into the shop and start up Rosie the Roaster. Vaca was nice but coffee orders are piling up and people are thirsty! So we'll waddle over, hauling our croissant expanded belly over to the shop and get 'er going for this coming week's deliveries.

This is the iconic genesis of arabica coffee when talking about heritage plants of origin - this coffee would be it (along with the Ethiopia). It is smooth with low acidity and heavy body in a medium roast.
