COFFEE OF THE MONTH

February brings the comeback tour of Colombia Emerald Mountain which has been a favourite over the years. Emerald is a combination of 3 high grown Colombia beans and although Japan has had a monopoly on it for decades, we have an in and are able to get it too. It is medium roast, full body with a pleasant sweetness that overshadows its' acquisition by perhaps nefarious means.
