Colombia Amazonica Out, Bolivia Peaberry In!

The Amazonica was so popular that we ran out but are happy to provide the Bolivia Peaberry that boasts apricot acidity, complemented by honey graham flavors. A touch of butterscotch in the finish rounds out the cup for a very rich and satisfying profile.

This is the last roast before Christmas when life takes a happy turn to indulgence and loud-talking over eggnog.  Rum is the answer...now, what was the question?
