YEAR OF THE COFFEE BEAN

Yes, friends 2012 will be a good year for coffee and we are anticipating a healthy, robust yield with a hint of caramel and good apricot after notes...or something.
 
We have rolled ourselves out of the shortbread rummy eggnog and chocolate coma room with a little avoir du poids extra so we are on a strict regimen of toting that coffee bean barge and hauling the freshly roasted product to your abodes and offices.
 
The barge has been stocked with a special Colombia Peaberry that we are raring to roast.  It is mild and medium roast with bright acidity and sweet aroma.  A real treat in the morning for a zesty start to the day.
